The photos you upload are used for one purpose only: to produce the cinematic walkthrough video you ordered. That's it. We do not use them for marketing, promotional samples, advertising, or to train any AI models — not now, and not later.

We don't post your photos publicly, and we don't share them with anyone outside the small team and secure systems needed to create and deliver your video.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — your name, email, property details, or anything else — to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. We only collect what we need to process your order and get your video back to you.

Your photos and finished videos are stored securely in the cloud and accessed only to create your video, deliver it, and let you re-download it later. Your private preview and download links are unique to you and aren't listed or shared publicly.

By uploading photos, you confirm you have the right to use them. Please only upload appropriate property and real-estate images you're authorized to use. To keep the service safe for everyone, we automatically screen uploads and won't produce anything inappropriate or unlawful.

When you approve your video and pay, your payment is processed securely by Stripe, a leading, PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout — they never pass through or get stored on our servers, and we never see or store your full card number.

All we keep on our side is your order information (your name, email, and property details) and a reference to the transaction, so we can match your payment to your order and help you if you ever need support. We never sell or share your payment information.

We turn the property photos you upload into a cinematic walkthrough video. You review a free, watermarked preview first and only pay when you're happy with it. These terms explain how that works — in plain language.

ImagesToLife creates AI-generated video from the still photos you provide, in the package, pacing, mood, and format you choose. Because the video is generated from your images, the exact result will vary — that's why every order includes a free preview and free revisions so we can get it right for you.

Prices are shown on our pricing section at the time you order. You are not charged when you submit photos — you only pay after you've seen your watermarked preview and decided to move forward. Payment is processed securely by Stripe (see “How your payment is handled” above). Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Every order includes two free revisions so you can fine-tune the pacing, mood, hero shots, photo order, and even swap photos in or out — any mix of those counts as one revision. Once you approve your preview and pay, we remove the watermark and your final videos are ready to download.

Because your video is custom-made and you approve a preview before paying, all sales are final once you've approved and paid. If something isn't right with your delivered files, contact us and we'll make it right — your satisfaction matters to us.

By uploading photos, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that you have the right to have a video made from them. You're responsible for the content you upload. We only accept appropriate property and real-estate images, and we screen uploads to keep the service safe.

Please don't upload anything inappropriate or unlawful, or use the service to infringe anyone's rights. We may decline or pause an order that appears to violate these terms, and we'll reach out to you if we do.

Your finished videos are delivered as digital downloads through a private link. You can re-download your files anytime using the Re-Download page and your order email — free of charge. We store your files securely so they're there when you need them.

We work hard to deliver beautiful videos, but the service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any issue is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We aren't responsible for how or where you choose to use or publish your videos.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the current one, and the effective date above tells you when it was last updated.
